I am a business owner and would like to order face masks with our logo on each one for employees. How do I do that?

Send us an email at [email protected] with the number of items you need, a .png or .jpg file with your logo to digitize, the date you need the order to arrive, your zip code and we will respond within 24-48 hours with any other questions then will provide a quote for your project.

Can I pick up my order locally instead of paying shipping?

For our local Austinites, we also offer a pick up service from our studio in North Austin. This is perfect for avoiding mailing fees and shipping delays. This service provides a curbside-type pick up secure transaction hub outside the studio. We would like to communicate via email prior to pick up to avoid any surprises and to offer your lock box number and entry code. Please park on the street and walk down the driveway to the boldly labeled “Lavender Llama Box” located on the side of the studio between the double French doors. Inside the “Llama Box” you will find 3 safety compartments and you will be given a box number and security code to open the lock box to hold your item. We will notify you when your item is ready for pick up and it will stay in the Llama Box for up to 3 days. For your convenience it can be picked up here any time of day or night! Security codes will change daily.

Do you offer items not listed on the website?

Our business is developing daily! We do have many items available not yet listed on the site. We have some adorable baby boutique outfits to personalize as well as other items to personalize such as towels, towel wraps, neoprene lunch bags, beach bags, keychains, school ID tags, face masks. If there is any item you are interested in ordering please email [email protected] and we will respond within 1-2 days with photos of available items. If there is an item you want, but it is not in stock, email and I may be able to obtain it and personalize it for you.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! On each item there is a box for “special requests”. Please type in “GIFT WRAP” and which items you would like included in the wrap. You only need to enter this once. It will charge $5 for the special request but I promise it will be worth it! Your items will come beautifully wrapped in tulle inserted into a Lavender Llama boutique bag, Lavender Llama to/from tag attached with matching ribbon, and tissue paper.

Can I have my items put into a gift basket?

Yes! If you want your items displayed in a gift basket please remember to “add gift basket”. While the baskets are more costly to purchase (and ship) you will create a unique gift they will always remember. Each basket includes an embroidered personalized lining to match the included gift items. The basket will be complete with chosen items wrapped all together in tulle and topped with a large matching bow. Gift Baskets may include any Lavender Llama Personalized items. (Small = 3-5 items, Medium= 6-8 items, Large = 8-14 items). Simply add the items you love to your shopping cart and click “add gift basket”, choose your gift basket which will include personalization in a coordinating thread color.

What if I accidentally spelled the name wrong when I ordered it?

Please double check your order prior to sending. We will start most projects in 24-48 hours, so if you catch the mistake prior to starting the project please email us and we will correct it for you! If you catch the mistake after the item is complete we will not be able to issue a refund or return. However, we will be happy to re-make your item possibly at a discount. Please email us with questions or concerns. We pride ourselves on customer service and will make it right for you one way or another. If a mistake is made on our end we will provide 100% money back, or will remake your item at no additonal cost to you.

I want to buy a personalized gift basket for my best friend for Christmas. Do you have any ideas of what to include?

Yes! We have tons of ideas for personalized gift baskets At this time simply choose the items you want and click “add a gift basket” at check out. We have some awesome gift baskets being developed that will be available on our website soon! If you would like more information on available baskets email [email protected]. Ideas include Spa baskets, Holiday doggie bandana baskets, Housewarming baskets, Kitchen Lovers baskets and, of course, Baby Shower baskets.

Are these items created in a pet-free, smoke-free environment?

Yes! We are non-smokers and do not allow our 1 pet into our studio. The studio is kept immaculately clean and vacuumed daily. Candles are often burning for a fresh smell in the room and if requested we can mist with a light lavender spray.

What are your shipping costs?

No one likes paying shipping. We have opted for a flat rate shipping cost of $5 no matter how many items you order.
Ships within the USA First Class USPS (3-5 days) after leaving our studio. Typically arrives in 2-3 weeks = FLAT RATE $5

I want to order a basket for my items, but I am not sure what size I need. Can you help me?

A friend of mine is very sick. I would like to do a fundraiser to help her family with all of the cost associated with her illness. Can you help us?

Lavender Llama Embroidery Boutique has created a platform to raise money to help anyone suffering with a serious illness. We will donate 100% of fundraiser profits for the patient and his or her family. We have named this “Pay it forWard” in honor of our first fundraiser participant and my friend Dawn Ward who was recently diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. I want to place a bulk order, do you offer discounts?

Of course! Everyone has a different definition of a bulk order, so please Contact us with the quantity you are looking for, item name and other information that would be needed so we can get you a quote or discount code to use at check out!

Can I mail you something I own to monogram?

At this time I am willing to accept outside items to personalize. The only concern is there are times items have to be discarded (machine malfunctions, human error, etc) We cannot guarantee your item will stitch out perfectly. Of course the goal is no errors, but we are human! Don’t give us your one of a kind grandmothers shawl because we may not be able to replace it! If we do make an error we will attempt to replace the item or give you store credit.

Can I purchase an item without a monogram?

Most products offer the ability to purchase without a monogram. A checkbox is available on the personalize step to purchase without personalization.

What happens if my package is returned?

We will contact you via email as soon as your package is returned to our warehouse. If the package was returned due to an inaccurate or incomplete address, we will ask that you pay an additional standard shipping charge for the second shipment.

I paid for 2nd Day Air, why did it take 7 days to arrive?

Please remember that the shipping method you choose is the time it takes for your completed order to be mailed from our studio in Austin, Texas to your address.

Do I need to add the rush fee?

If you are asking this question, the answer is most likely yes! We suggest adding the rush if your order is time sensitive. This fee moves your order to the top of our production schedule and reduces processing time. If you still have questions, please email [email protected] with your shipping address and your deadline!
