How our process works

All of our items are created in a smoke free environment.  Choose your item(s) from the website and if needed, please give any additional description you feel we need in a detailed note at check out.  Include any special personalization requests or pick up/drop off requests here as well.

If you have any questions, please submit your question on our Contact Us page and we will respond within 24-48 hours.  

Processing Time

Typically your project is started within 12-24 hours! 

While most items will arrive in 1-2 weeks, some times are busier than others and standard production and delivery may take 2-3 weeks.  Your order will be created and shipped based on your “rush status” and shipping choices at check out.  You will receive notification when your order has left the studio!  Please see our Shipping and Delivery Options.

Local Pick Up Option

For our local Austinites, we also offer a pick up service from our studio in North Austin.  This is perfect for avoiding mailing fees and shipping delays.  This service provides a curbside-type pick up secure transaction hub outside the studio.  We would like to communicate via email prior to pick up to avoid any surprises and to offer your lock box number and entry code.  Please park on the street and walk down the driveway to the boldly labeled “Lavender Llama Box” located on the side of the studio between the double French doors.  Inside the “Llama Box” you will find 3 safety compartments and you will be given a box number and security code to open the lock box to hold your item.  We will notify you when your item is ready for pick up and it will stay in the Llama Box for up to 3 days.  For your convenience it can be picked up here any time of day or night!  Security codes will change daily.
